Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you don't receive your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ifno@sinumshop.it with your name and order number, and we'll investigate.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition and will refund the full order amount, minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please notify us as soon as possible at nfo@sinumshop.it, including your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
