The package will be shipped within 24 hours without customizations from the order and will be delivered:
- within 1/2 days.
- within 2/3 working days for islands or remote locations.

-Customized products will be shipped within 2/3 working days, delivery times are the same.

You have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen calendar days. The 14 days start from the day of delivery of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it will be necessary to inform the seller, before the expiration of the 14 days, of your decision to withdraw, by sending an email to info@sinumshop.it . The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer.

The returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received and the original packaging must be intact.

In the event that you need to return the products using a carrier of your choice, the return must be sent to our registered office:

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping times vary depending on the different types of products:

• Products ready for delivery : we prepare your order in 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and it is delivered in 24/48 hours.
  
  
• Customizable products: making customizable products takes 5-8 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) + 24/48 hours for shipping.

The refund will be made using the same payment instrument used for the initial transaction, only after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
